Sponsor Plan for the 2nd China New Energy
International Forum
I. Categorizing the sponsors
Class-A sponsor (1)
1. Sponsoring amount: RMB 300,000
2. Rights of the sponsor
(1) The sponsor is to make a 20-minute speech and publicize the enterprise;
(2) A 10-minute publicity video of the sponsor shall be played during
the tea break;
(3) The representative of the sponsor shall be seated at the rostrum and
shall be the master of a seminar;
(4) The sponsor shall be the Title Sponsor of the reception banquet, and
the representative of the sponsor shall sit at the same table with the
participating leaders;
(5) The sponsor shall have a raw exhibition booth space of 2*6 square
meters to exhibit the products, issue the publicity materials and advertise
the enterprises;
(6) The sponsor shall have a full page of color advertisement free of
charge on the ¡°2007 Annual Report of Chinese New Energy Industry¡±;
(7) The name of the sponsor can appear in the conference materials and
news letters as co-sponsors of this forum and its name and logo can be
displayed on the background boards of the forum and its logo will appear
on the souvenirs of the forum;
(8) The organizer will express the thanks to the sponsor in the conference
materials, put the single-paged color advertisement of the sponsor in
the conference materials, and put an enterprise promotion brochure in
the forum materials bag;
(9) The sponsor shall have the relevant materials of all the participating
enterprises;
(10) The organizer shall arrange the sponsor to take photos with the participating
leaders, experts and entrepreneurs;
(11) The masters will express the thanks to the sponsor for its great
support during the process of the conference;
(12) The sponsor¡¯s logo and its introduction shall be displayed on the
forum website and www.cnecc.org.cn shall do the one-year publicity for
the sponsor free of charge;
(13) The sponsor is entitled to 5 free admission tickets.
Class-B sponsors
1. Sponsoring amount: RMB 180,000
2. Rights of the sponsors:
(1) A 10-minute publicity video of the sponsors shall be played during
the tea break;
(2) The name of the sponsors can appear in the conference materials and
news letters as co-sponsors of this forum and their names and logos can
be displayed on the background boards of the forum;
(3) The sponsors shall have a raw exhibition booth space of 2*3 square
meters to exhibit the products, issue the publicity materials and advertise
the enterprises;
(4) The sponsors shall be the Title Sponsors of the luncheon, and they
shall have a full page of color advertisement free of charge on the ¡°2007
Annual Report of Chinese New Energy Industry¡±;
(5) The organizer will express the thanks to the sponsors in the conference
materials and have a single-paged advertisement on the conference materials;
(6) The sponsors shall have the relevant materials of all the participating
enterprises;
(7) The organizer shall arrange the sponsors to take photos with the participating
leaders, experts and entrepreneurs;
(8) The organizer will express the thanks to the sponsors in the conference
materials, put the single-paged color advertisement of the sponsors in
the conference materials, and put an enterprise promotion brochure in
the forum materials bag;
(9) The logos of the sponsors shall be displayed on the forum website
and www.cnecc.org.cn shall do the one-year publicity for the sponsors
free of charge;
(10) The sponsors are entitled to 3 free admission tickets.
Class-C sponsors
1. Sponsoring amount: RMB 80,000
2. Rights of the sponsors:
(1) The organizer will express the thanks to the sponsors in the conference
materials and have a single-paged advertisement on the conference materials;
(2) The sponsors shall have a full page of color advertisement free of
charge on the ¡°2007 Annual Report of Chinese New Energy Industry¡±;
(3) The sponsors shall have a raw exhibition booth space of 2*3 square
meters to exhibit the products, issue the publicity materials and advertise
the enterprises;
(4) The sponsors shall be the Title Sponsors of a tea break;
(5) The sponsors shall have the relevant materials of all the participating
enterprises;
(6) The organizer shall arrange the sponsors to take photos with the participating
leaders, experts and entrepreneurs;
(7) The organizer will express the thanks to the sponsors during the conference,
and put an enterprise promotion brochure in the forum materials bag;
(8) The logos of the sponsors shall be displayed on the forum website
and www.cnecc.org.cn shall do the half-year publicity for the sponsors
free of charge;
(9) The sponsors are entitled to 2 free admission tickets.
Class-D
sponsors
1. Sponsoring amount: RMB 10,000
2. Rights of the sponsors:
(1) The sponsors shall have a raw exhibition booth space of 2*3 square
meters to exhibit the products, issue the publicity materials and advertise
the enterprises;
(2) The sponsors are entitled to 2 free admission tickets.
II. Attentions:
The Business License duplicates and the related certificates, together
with the enterprise and product introduction shall be provided;
The confirmed sponsors shall sign a contract with the organizer and shall
obtain the commercial interests and returns as agreed;
During the conference, no sponsor shall post any advertisement, hold any
new product launching conference, banquets or any other activities without
the consent of the organizer;
If the sponsor has any other requirements, it can propose separately and
discuss with the organizer;
The organizer reserves the sole right to the explanation of the sponsorship
issues.
