Introduction to China New Energy International Summit Forum

In order to better play the role of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce, promote the   communication and cooperation of the domestic and foreign new energy industry, facilitate the healthy and rapid development of the new energy industry, China New Energy Chamber of Commerce decides to hold “China New Energy International Forum” each year. The forum gathers many domestic and foreign governmental officials, business moguls, experts and scholars in the new energy industry to make discussion and communication about the focused issues in the new energy industry. On January 13, 2007, the “1st China New Energy International Forum” was held at Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. More than 300 governmental officials, experts, scholars, enterprise representatives, and media representatives from over 40 countries and regions such as China, US, EU, Spain, Japan, Australia participated in this forum. The successful holding of this forum facilitated the communication and cooperation within the industry; at the same time, it aroused the high attention from the all fields of the society on the new energy, environmental protection, and energy conservation and emission reduction. The forum has now become the best business platform for the senior management of the domestic and foreign new energy industry to have meetings, exchange experiences, reach consensus, give suggestions, and seek cooperation and development.
