Us
In order to facilitate the sustainable development of national economy and make contribution to building harmonious socialist society, and initiated by Farsighted Group and some other new energy enterprises, China New Energy Chamber of Commerce ( CNECC) was officially established on January 13th 2006 in Beijing. With more than 100 members, China New Energy Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofitable membership organization made up of enterprises, groups and individuals in the industry of new energy and related industries, and covers the fields of wind power, hydropower, biomass energy, solar energy, fuel gas, CDM project development, fuel cell and energy information consultancy, etc. Mr. Li Hejun, the president of Farsighted Group and chairman of the directorate, was elected as the first chairman of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce.
The tenets of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce are:
(1) to abide by the constitution, the laws, the rules and policies of China.
(2) to develop socialism morality.
(3) to insist that this chamber of commerce is managed by all the members, is based on good service,and is developed and boomed with honesty and trust.
(4) to guide the members to be patriotic, dedicated, honest, and law-abiding.
(5) to safeguard the legal rights and interests of all the members.
(6) to improve the quality of members, and to make great contributions to the standardization and development of the new energy industry and to the sustainable development of human society as well.
China New Energy Chamber of Commerce is under the guidance and supervision of ACFIC, with the main operations as follows:
(1) To regulate the behaviors of the enterprises, promote the self-discipline of the industry and help them actively participate in the deliberation and administration of state affairs; to promote national guidelines, policies among the members and guide the members to abide by national laws and regulations.
(2) To provide consulting service on economics, technology, information, production, management, financing, law and regulation.
(3) To organize the members to carry out exchanges and cooperation in China, and to visit, inspect, and hold all kinds of exhibitions and trade fairs, with the aim of enhancing the communication and cooperation among the domestic enterprises of the industry.
(4) To make extensive contacts with the chambers of commerce or trade associations and institutions both overseas and in the regions of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan; to organize the members to develop activities in the forms of exchanging ideas, mutual visits and inspections in order to promote the communication and cooperation of international economy and trade of all the members.
(5) To safeguard the legal rights and interests of the members; to pay much attention to any difficulties, opinions and requirements of the members, helping them allay their worries and tide over their difficulties.
(6) To carry out industry research, organize to compile industrial development report and to hold various industrial seminars and annual forums; to assist the members to set up brands, develop markets, etc.
(7) To educate the members to actively participate in social service.
(8) To organize the members to participate in all the activities held by ACFIC.
(9) To undertake all the matters consigned by the government and ACFIC.
The standing body of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce is the secretariat, with four departments as its branches, namely, the Office, Membership Operation Department, Exhibition & Training Department, and Information Investigation and Research Department. We warmly welcome the colleagues and men of insights who are interested to the new energy industry to join China New Energy Chamber of Commerce, so that we can develop the new energy industry together. We actively carry out extensive exchanges with other new energy organizations to facilitate the development of Chinese new energy industry, to improve the energy structure of our country and the sustainable development of national economy, and to make contribution to the sustainable development of the human society.
